I ordered from jpfans last month, and at first, I was getting updates from ECMS before they said it was handed over to Speed X. I've never heard of them before, and the last update was on JUNE 22ND, saying it arrived at Destination Facility

IT'S IN MY CITY ALREADY. WHY HASN'T IT DELIVERED???

They don't have real costume support, just a stupid fucking Ai chatbot that just pisses me off and doesn't just forward me to an actual person. It says it will forward me to a manager, but who knows if that will help.

Is there any way I can contact them by phone, or can I just go get my package myself? Do they have an actual location? Please help, I'm getting really desperate :(
