Purchased some items from neca direct and on arrival 4 of the items are not even what i ordered has anyone else had this problem will they refund me or send me a shipping label to return them?

As per title wrong items were sent and have had no response back from neca yet and its been days has anyone else had this problem and did you get it sorted? Really dont want to do a charge back with my bank if i can help it?

Super7 order items arrived damaged and openend anyone else had this and managed to get a refund?

As per title all my items in my order arrived damaged today after waiting 1 month for the package as they sent it out and it went back to the warehouse after 2 weeks so they had to send it back out and when it areived today its all damages and stuff opened any one else had this problem can i get a refund?

When is the lcwra assessments stopping and moving to the pip based assessments?

As per title does anyone know when the lcwra assessments are stopping and they are using the pip assessments for claimants instead of having the two separate assessments?
