Am I correct that soy has a single use — to produce tofu? Any other recipes seem terribly inefficient compared to the alternatives.

Why don't trains fill the storage completely?
I'm trying to figure out the new train network system and I can't understand how to make a train completely fill the unloading storage. I need to fill up train completely and then go to the unloading station, even if it has delivered more than the capacity of the unloading storage.
