Found a mysterious fluid stain on engine cover. No visible leaks nearby. Any ideas?

I checked under the hood today to check the engine oil level, and I noticed what looks like a leak (fluid stain) on the engine cover, as shown in the picture.

I used a flashlight to inspect all the surrounding lines and hoses, but I couldn't find any visible traces of a leak nearby. My car is still brand new, and it has never been serviced or worked on by anyone yet. Also, I am 100% sure this is a fresh stain that wasn't there before.

What should I suspect or look into here?

Any advice would be highly appreciated!

Poor quality- genuine engine oil filter

I bought a genuine engine oil filter to change the engine oil, but the quality is really crude. There are glue marks left here and there as well. Gemini told me that filters made in Italy tend to have fewer of these issues, while filters manufactured in the UK often look like this, although apparently there are no actual quality problems with them… well… I guess that’s just how it is.

I have a habit of touching the cup holder area while driving, and I’ve noticed a significant misalignment on the driver’s side. It feels quite sharp to the touch. Interestingly, the passenger side is almost perfectly flush. I'm surprised a car at this price point has this kind of fit and finish issue. Is it just my car, or are others experiencing this too? My car is a MY25.5 model.
