Does therapy help?
Hey everyone. 25M here with two kids going through the process. Been separated for a year almost. I feel like I'm doing better than at the beginning and I'm doing all the things people tend to recommmend here like focusing on being a father and all the personal development stuff. I did therapy a bit at the beginning when things were a lot more emotionally turbulent. Now though I feel almost the opposite. I feel numb and almost nothing most of the time. I just wanted to see if anyone has had something similar and if therapy helps at all with that.
