Can anyone recommend me best tint brand and headlights? I have a xv40 camry and planning to get medium dark tint. And for the headlights, not sure what's good? Pls halp!

I’m planning to buy a 2nd hand 2008 camry, I’ve been doing research and there’s some mix opinions about the gas consumption of the camry, some say they are gas guzzlers while others say it’s not that bad. I read someone said people who think camry’s gas consumption is bad is because they never owned one. Thoughts?
