Looking to replace / upgrade GPU after the fans are now stuck on 100% from the moment BIOS starts. Found a tech who is gonna try fix it but said it won't be cheap and may be better to just buy new one.

main priority is just getting a new GPU for now.

Is there anything else I should consider upgrading looking at these specs?
