Could use some feedback on an Embody Logitech I found on FB Marketplace

Looking to buy my first real chair after countless DX Racers and the like. I'm 6' 240lbs so a bit on the larger side. Anyways, found this one local for $995, manufactured summer of 2024 with headrest included. Does this seem like a good deal? What should I look for to avoid buying a pos? I'm really a noob when it comes to this despite tons of research.
Also, if I got his original reciept, would the warranty still be valid? Appreciate any help.

Update: He bumped it to $1050 since he got another offer. I said I'd match it b/c I figure it's not terrible if it checks out. Thoughts @ that price?

Update 2: I found out I can get a discount through work that brings a brand new one straight from HM down to $1708 all in. Granted no headrest, but that narrows the price premium to $650. That's still a decent uplift, but should I lean towards new in this case?

Also, I didn't dig any further, but this seller said he was switching to a Secret Lab gaming chair. Isn't that a massive and head scratching downgrade?
