Hey I will be joining EY in another couple of days. I am a full stack dev with 5+ years of experience and I will be joining as a Senior Consultant in Tech Consulting. So I will be working under the client called Vanguard ( Also will be transferred to the client 15months post joining the company) So any idea on how the work life balance will be and what all will be the perks for joining the company. I also cleared Deloitte but deloitte is gonna offer me 10% lesser than what EY is offering. So I am thinking to go with EY.
