Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect⚙️& Integrations SME🤝 (15 Yrs Exp🚀) — Come and get it. 🎯

Hello everyone!

I am a Senior ServiceNow Architect and Integrations Specialist actively exploring new opportunities. I am keeping my details private on this public post to avoid doxing myself, but I am very eager to bring top-tier platform governance and architecture to the right team. I am happy to share my full resume privately with the correct person once we connect.

What I am looking for:

  • Target Role: I am seeking a leadership-like role on a ServiceNow team, such as a Team Lead or Architect Lead position, preferably.
  • Compensation: $185,000/year (or ~$87/hour).
  • Work Model: 100% Remote.
  • Mentorship Opportunities: I am also looking to give back to the community and find very new ServiceNow folks to mentor. If you are a first-time CSA who recently passed your exam and need guidance, feel free to reach out!

Benefits:

  • Standard comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with robust family coverage.

What I bring to the table:

  • Extensive Experience: Almost 15 years of continuous, uninterrupted employment strictly dedicated to the ServiceNow platform, gradually scaling my responsibilities and expertise across 5 distinct roles.
  • Clearance & Certifications: Active Secret Clearance and an active ServiceNow Admin Cert (CSA).
  • Platform Mastery: Deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM.
  • Advanced Integrations: Specialized in complex integrations and automation, including IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML parsing, payload transformation, OAuth 2.0, and MID Server Management.
  • Strategic Leadership: A proven track record of guiding dedicated development teams, managing end-to-end SDLC release processes, and establishing strict architectural guardrails.
  • Industry/Enterprise Experience: I've successfully adapted and scaled ServiceNow architecture for multiple complex and heavily regulated industries.
  • Education: Graduated after 5 years of college with 2 complementing degrees in the Computer Science and IT field, maintaining a 3.55 average GPA. Official academic transcripts are available upon request.
  • Proven Remote Work Ethic: Having worked entirely remotely since 2021, I deeply understand remote team dynamics and how to maintain high productivity. I am highly self-driven, do not skip out on responsibilities, and genuinely enjoy building in the ServiceNow platform—meaning I actually look forward to logging in and tackling the work every day.

A few polite requests for reaching out:

  • Share the industry upfront: Please include the industry of the client or employer in your initial message. It helps me gauge the environment.
  • Let's chat first: I would love to have a real conversation with you before applying, so please avoid just dropping an official job link in my inbox.
  • No LinkedIn requests, please: To maintain my privacy before we connect, I will not share my LinkedIn profile or any identifying links initially.

If you have a 100% remote role that matches these requirements and are looking for a heavy-hitting Architect Lead who can handle complex data mapping, robust error handling, and enterprise-scale governance, please feel free to send me a DM.

I look forward to connecting!
