What seems to be a hut near the Chanach River in Kyrgyzstan
Earliest Google Earth image of it is from 1985, and the hut seems like it's still there (although the much lower resolution makes it hard to tell). I believe the closest settlement is Karabashat, roughly 20km away (aerial distance).
