Bajaj authorized service center returned my bike with no rear brakes.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bajaj's service and customer support today and wanted to know if anyone else has faced something similar.
I own a Bajaj Pulsar N160 and recently took it to an authorized Bajaj service center for servicing.
What happened
Before the service, the rear brake was working normally.
After the service, the rear brake stopped working completely. The brake pedal had no braking effect, making the motorcycle unsafe to ride.
I immediately questioned the service center because a bike should never be returned with a failed braking system.
Engine oil confusion
Another thing that surprised me was that the service staff appeared ready to use 20W-50 engine oil, whereas my motorcycle requires 10W-40 according to the owner's manual. I had to point this out myself.
Customer care experience
I then called Bajaj Customer Care to ask a simple question:
Is the master cylinder covered under warranty or not?
The representative repeatedly said that he did not have any update regarding the warranty coverage of the master cylinder.
He asked me to refer to the manual/dealer, but when I questioned him further, he still could not confirm the warranty status despite saying Bajaj has access to the manuals.
I also requested that the call be transferred to a senior representative, but I was informed that no senior was available.
I have the complete call recording.
My concern
This is what worries me the most:
A motorcycle was returned with completely non-functional rear brakes, which is a major safety issue.
The service staff appeared uncertain about the correct engine oil specification.
Customer care could not answer a basic warranty question regarding a critical braking component.
There was no escalation available when requested.
I've already emailed Bajaj with the service details and attached the call recording.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Bajaj service centers or customer support? If so, how did Bajaj resolve your complaint? Would you recommend escalating this further to the regional service manager or the consumer grievance portal?
I'm posting this to understand whether this is an isolated incident or part of a larger issue.
