Not going to listen because they always do clickbait with their podcasts and they are always boring. But if anyone actually listens give us the scoop!!

I bought this machine off Facebook as a trial to see if I even like having an at home machine before buying a big expensive one. But I’m not entirely sure how to use it properly. Any tips? Or was it a waste of money? I’ve seen mixed reviews online.
