JMGO PicoPlay Bricked after Android 14 update?
Hey guys, today I received my brand new PicoPlay, and I was super excited to finally try it out. After turning it on, installed apps...etc. I manually checked for system updates and saw the official Android 14 update was available, so I decided to install it. The download and installation went through smoothly, but right after clicking "Restart", the screen went black and it hasn't successfully booted since.
Now, when I plug it in, the RGB LEDs light up and stay on for about 20 seconds, but the lamp and fans just start for like 2 seconds (I can see JMGO logo) then, it completely shuts down and goes completely silent.
After those 20 seconds, the RGB LEDs turn off though the ON/OFF button stays lit, so it seems to be in suspension/standby mode.
It seems the hardware is good, but the software or the bootloader got lost during the reboot. I've already tried a few button combinations on the remote and the device itself, but nothing seems to interrupt the loop.
Since the unit is literally fresh out of the box today, I'm pretty heartbroken. I already reached out to the official email support, but I wanted to check here as well in case the community or the JMGO staff can help me solve it quicker.
Does anyone happen to have the factory firmware/Stock ROM for the PicoPlay, or any known steps to force a recovery using a USB drive on boot?
Any guidance, files, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much in advance!

UPDATE: u/Away_Drop2072 and the support team at after-sales@jmgo.com contacted me to quickly solve the issue. They sent me a .pkg file to use with a USB drive to get it back to life, and it worked seamlessly!
Now enjoying it!
Thank you so much for the quick help!
