I’m about to start the process of rebasing my AOS Soulblight for use as Vampire Counts in The Old World. Does anybody have any advice before I begin? Any models to be particularly careful when removing? Any tips and tricks?

Please note that for the infantry, instead of rebasing them I have popped them in a circle to square conversion tray. I will only be completely rebasing the characters and the cavalry.

I’ve been looking to start playing The Old World for a long time and the release of the new Battle March book got me pumped and ready to dive in! I already have an AOS Soulblight army I’m in the process of rebasing to use as Vampire counts and want to have a second army ready so that I can get my friends into the game.

In a past trip to Warhammer World I picked up the three Bugman minis available from the shop by the bar. My question is that could I use these minis as character proxies, as well as the contents of the Dwarf Battalion box to make a playable and fun army list? Any recommendations on the next purchase?

I purchased a collection of secondhand miniatures and am having a bit of a hard time figuring out who exactly this is.

He’s also the only older looking metal mini in the collection, with everything else being a mix of D&D, Age of Sigmar and other generic fantasy minis.
