I've done it! I finished my first Celestial Lion.
It's not perfect but I'm very satisfied with the results.
He's the first in my Last Wall army and he will have his Bladeguard brethren to accompany him soon.

Just wanted to share my first attempt at making an Executioner. It was also my first kitbash, using an MK 3 Tactical Marine with Deathwatch upgrade parts. I'm really happy with the metallic blue recipe tried - I based the armour with Grey Knights Steel and applied slightly thinned Space Wolves Contrast Over it.
I also practised painting energised power weapons. I based the sword and claw in Grey Knights Steel, then glazed them with Teclis Blue and some Lothern Blue.
I'd love some feedback on what could improve!
