Treatment while pregnant

Hi, I am positive UP while pregnant and symptomatic - burning urination, incr discharge that is ammonia smelling, urgency. SO nervous for this to affect the pregnancy. I am only 10 weeks. I have tried initially 1000 mg of azithromycin prescribed by an urgent care, then another dr said 1000 for 1 day followed by 500 a day for 4 days, still didn’t work. My OBGYN now has me on erythromycin 4x/day for a week.

Has anyone successfully treated UP without doxy or mino ???? With PREGNANCY SAFE meds? I’ve read through the Bible post and can’t seem to find my answer there. SOS. Thank you!

Is anyone else having severe pelvic girdle pain already? Anything giving you relief? I can barely walk, takes 10 mins to get out of bed in the morning! It’s sharp stabbing pain in the area highlighted in red. It’s lower than my SI joint. I already see a pelvic floor PT and even she is stumped on what we can do to help it! Been alternating ice and heat, taking Tylenol, and even asked my MD for a steroid pack. Thanks for any and all advice!
