I've been taking trt (80mg Cypionate per week + HCG) for 7 weeks now and for the last two weeks I've lost the initial libido and erection benefits I had but also my sleep is terrible - I'm struggling to settle and get into a deep sleep consistently and this is not something I ever had an issue with pre trt. Could this be a sign that I have too much estrogen conversion?

I'm 5 weeks into my TRT journey (80mg Cypionate per week and 0.15ml x 2 HCG per week).

I'm just starting to get the first signs of a pretty bad acne breakout on my face (lots of small red spots). Looking to get some advice around how others have dealt with this sudden onset of acne - I haven't had any spots since I was a teenager so this is all pretty new to me!
