My roommates and I are looking for a new tenant to fill our fourth bedroom who is ready to sign a lease by July 21st. The lease will start 8/23. You can either sign a 4 month lease (8/23/26-12/23/26)) or for a year (8/23/26-8/23/27).

Our house is in North Portland near Cascade Campus, which is neat if you mostly attended classes at Cascade (like me).

We are 3 guys looking for someone 20-25 y/o preferably with prior experience living in a household with other roommates outside of family. Big + if you make art or music.
