I ordered a jig from dld hardware about 3 and half weeks ago. And i havn't got any emails from them i tried contacting them through the website through email,call and text. Havnt heard anything back. I saw someone recently also posted about it but didnt get many responses. Should I keep waiting or should I just issue a charge back and order from somewhere else?

Edit: If anyone has ordered from him recently how long did it take?
