Hello everyone,

I’m trying to get a better understanding of the current job market in Quebec.
What salary range could a professional with the following background expect as a Scrum Master?
• 10 years of overall IT experience
• 5 years as a .NET Software Engineer
• 5 years as a Scrum Master
I’m particularly interested in opportunities in Montreal and Quebec City, but insights from anywhere in Quebec are welcome.
I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences, current market rates, and whether factors like certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.) or bilingualism have a significant impact on compensation.
