I’m coaching a rec plus team u10. First - lost by 16. No goals by us. Second - this team was playing with two guest players who play travel. No pumping the brakes. Third - at half time a parent comes to the bench with a player and the players says “he’s leaving because the team won’t help him.” Parent does not speak to me.

Any advice?
