Basically what the titles says , I bought a new ssd bc I had to reinstall the 9.00 update but the old ssd kept failing . fast forward today I swapped it out, did the update (completed) booted off and now won’t boot up again? Why? (The disk tray makes a noise but the power boots on for a split second then off)

I got an error asking to reinstall 9.00 update I did but at the 99% mark it says it cannot initialize error code 33567-4
