So im still using some tables that is about 3.2m x 1.2m to learn on and expanding the hobby. But i have started to look into building a permanent layout.

I was not 100% friendly with the trackprogram i had to free hand the beaseboard, so some measurements like on the wings of the T is going to change so i can reach better. But this is the basic shape of it and this is line a first draft.

Im using märklin and C-rails. Im aware of the limitations of going with r1 and r2 curves but my rolling stock and locos have no problems with them.

My aim is to start building the baseboards next spring (still got some work to do in that room 🫣.

Anyway suggestions are more then welcome 🍻

Vi all. So for a winter project i was thinking of getting a controll car for the regional express trainset i got but also adding ledlights from märklin to the passanger wagons. My question is since they are tinted black how good will it be? Is it a waste of time or an upgrade?

I finnaly got my 2nd loco. twice the fun now watching them go around.

Its a Piko hobby, dident cost to much and it runs well. I was suprised how heavy it is. It runs my freightcars good.

My first scenery kit. Its a faller container crane. Now it has started to get some paint on.

After the paint is done its time to seal it and put some washes and oils on it.

Hi all.

Im still new with my märklin modelrailroad and i bought my first scenery kit to build. Its a faller container crane 131368.

My question is the stickers. can i put some water and dishsoap under them when i place them on the kit so i can move them around to get them aligned good? I dont want to ruin them

the railroad is growing, still slow but cant wait until i add some more track and another loco.

I have a few tables/boards that i will add with time as the railroad grows. later i will build a proper table and learn to landscape.
