Bridge repair work

A while ago I posted about a Z-scale fixer-upper layout that I got off eBay. One of the things wrong with it was that one of the bridges was gone. My brother was able to 3D-print a replacement. I also made some progress cleaning the tracks. The main section of the layout is now fully functional. I’m still trying to figure out how I can clean the tracks in a long tunnel…

Do you need one of these track pieces for the feeder wires or can you also solder the wires to a regular track? (Z scale)

Adding led lights

Vi all. So for a winter project i was thinking of getting a controll car for the regional express trainset i got but also adding ledlights from märklin to the passanger wagons. My question is since they are tinted black how good will it be? Is it a waste of time or an upgrade?

Where to buy Marklin in Baltimore Maryland and S Central Pa

Since Stoneleigh Hobby closed years ago I cannot find Marklin locally. Even at the TCA York show no one had Marlin. Any leads of where to look?
