I’m a prior Active Army was in 9years currently in the Army reserves E5. I’ve been looking at possibly joining the Active Navy as an LS logistics Specialist I believe it’s called. I’m aware I need to submit a conditional release form other than that what else do I need to do ?

So I finally got my promotable status after an up hill battle for a year to actually reflect on IPPSA , commander finally went in there and did his Job . So now that I got my P status I should actually be slated for my E5 via PAM next month correct?
