I signed a 3 year APACT contract and I don’t think my recruiter is being honest, he said that as a PACT sailor I can strike a HM rate after a year and it’s a real possibility. I didn’t strike HM off the bat at MEPS even though I qualified for it because I’m not sure if I will even like the navy. I need help and a recruiters insight that is not mine. Do I switch to SPACT what do I do

Trying to Enlist into the Navy. Would like to go soon but I know I need a moral waiver to move forward. I already went thru MEPS & and took ASVAB. I have a dismissed case for something that happened in 2017 . How long do these waiver take?
Regarding the HSCP program. Does anyone know the acceptance and denial rates? What are the deadlines, and when can you reapply? Also, when re-applying, do you have to start the process from scratch, or does your information transfer over?
