Been active and approved for nearly 2.5 weeks now - have not recieved a single payment. Finally recieved a letter 3 days ago stating the payments started but they need me to call and give more info before it’s finalized. I’ve called thousands of times per day and even paid for a service to call on my behalf. and I still have not been able to get through to anybody. I’m only on family leave for a month but I think it’s to the point where I don’t know if I’ll ever get paid or if I’ll just have to be backpay eventually.

Does anyone have any tips?
