I have no idea who the best characters are and who works with each other, so i would appreciate some advise, also who to get on upcoming patches

if i can only get one character for her, who should i go for?
I'm a returning player and when i saw her animations, i immediately wanted her. I saw that her teams were either Lynae + Mornye or Denia + Chisa but I don't have any of them, i could probably only get 1 since i have bad luck and don't have that much free time. Who should i go for?

Just got back to wuwa, who should i pull for her?
I kinda stopped playing when i lost a 50/50 and got too busy to grind. I wanna pull for Aemeath but i can probably only get one character for her, who should i get? also i don't have any characters from 3.0 and above.
