FL1 score. Testing 09/05. Need 125 in all sections. Doable or cancel?

I know im late to take my FL1. I was terrified do to FL as I thought i would get a crap score and get super depressed. Was expecting 480s for some reason but this isnt really bad. I ran out of time in CP, CARS and BB so had to guess some. Done Uworld about 55% with 62% accuracy. (havent touched PS) Currently working on SB1 and CARS Qpack 1 (54% after 7 passages), have finished all new cards for plankow. For the love of god I cannot figure cars out. Should i postpone or grind out? Any advice is appreciated

Rogers stadium - are these floor seats?

Hi everyone, I will be going to the Saturday Aug 22nd concert at Rogers stadium Toronto. I realized my tickets look like they are on the floor. Since nobody has done 360 stage there, I can’t find a reference either. Anyone got any idea?

One tenant is making abusive remarks to another. What can I do as the landlord?

I have a student rental, and One tenant (who is African American) is claiming that other tenant is making abusive remarks such as slave, or insults to mother, which is not acceptable. When I confronted, the accused tenant said he is not doing those. Yet I advised him to not do any of those. But I’m being told that now this tenant is making the same remarks in another language that the other tenant recognize. What can I do besides warnings and advising again? Can I terminate this tenants lease even thought I don’t have proof?
