TTW Mod Pack Recommendation for Experienced Player

I'm looking to jump back into Fallout, and this time I really want to give TTW a proper playthrough. I've been looking into some of the more popular modlists but haven't quite settled on one yet. Ideally, I'm looking for something hardcore, atmospheric, polished, and relatively modern-looking, without the oversaturated or overly stylized visuals that some modlists tend to have (acid wash). I'd also love some additional content to keep things fresh.

Most importantly, I still want the game to feel like Fallout 3 and New Vegas, rather than a weird stalker hybrid. I'm all for challenging combat, survival mechanics, and meaningful gameplay overhauls, as long as they don't completely change the game's identity.

So far, a few names have caught my attention such as Nuclear Sunset, Uranium Fever, and VLK.I have a fair bit of modding experience, so I'm not necessarily looking for the easiest installation process. I'm more concerned with the overall quality, stability, and cohesiveness of the experience.

I'd appreciate any recommendations, especially from people who've played these modlists and can compare them. Thank you for listening to my TED TALK.

Make it make sense

So I’m a first time watcher, currently in season 7. There is a recurring theme with Dr. B that just rubs me the wrong way. How has her social intelligence gotten progressively worse over time? It’s like she has to be this way for plot purposes and such. Also she is suppose to be smart and rational but she keeps making the most irrational decisions on purpose.

Running through a hurricane?
Diving into a crowd of prisoners to demand a piece of evidence from the suspect?
Demanding a home birth by disregarding modern healthcare standards and tangible statistics?

Also how is she able to work with Booth when they are romantically involved together? Why does she have a gun? How is she allowed to accompany Booth to dangerous situations? How is she allowed to interview suspects? She is a forensic anthropologist, not a law enforcement officer or a sworn member of the court. I guess I am just realizing that none of the show makes actual sense if you really think about it. Like House M.D. Still an interesting show tho.
