It's Tannhauser-tuesday #3

Welcome back, trainers.

Now i'm fonna teach you guy how to cook a basic egg fried rice dish.

The first one is complicate recipe:

Here are all of the ingredients you need:

2 tbsp. Peanut Oil

5 Garlic Cloves, smashed

1 Shallot, sliced from the middle

1 Egg +1 Egg Yolk

1 Spring Onion, sliced

1 Red Chili, sliced or chopped

4 Cups Chicken Flavored Rice (day old works best according to Roger)

About 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

About 2 tbsp. Asian Sesame Oil

About ½ tbsp. MSG (Monosodium Glutamate)

STEP 1: MAKING THE BASE

First, cook any chicken flavored rice that you want according to the directions on the package.

While the rice is cooking, whisk the whole egg and the egg yolk in a small bowl, and set it aside.

Next, coat a wok pan with peanut oil and put it over medium heat. Once it starts smoking, pour the excess oil out of the pan. Then add the garlic and shallot and fry them for 3 minutes.

A hand holding the handle of a wok that is filled with egg fried rice.

STEP 2: COMPLETING THE EGG FRIED RICE

Once the time is up, add the beaten egg to the wok and stir it around until it's almost solid. Then add the cooked rice and mix it with everything in the wok.

After it's mixed, add the soy sauce and sesame oil and flatten it into the rice with the back of a spoon.

Next, add the MSG, spring onion, and chili to the wok and cook for a minute or so, mixing all of the ingredients together.

Now that the rice is complete, serve it alone or with your favorite pair and enjoy!

The second recipe is for broke trainers(including me):

Ingredients:

Cold leftover rice

2 or 3 eggs

A lil bit cooking oil

1-2 tablespoon if soy sauce

Spring onion

Salt and pepper if you want

Instruction:

Pre heat your wok or pan

Add the cooking oil after checking the wok or pan is hot enough (put some water on it, if the water become small balls run around, the pan/wok is hot got enough)

Scramble the eggs in medium heat or low-medium heat for 20s to 1 min depend on how cooked you want the eggs to be

Crisp the rice in high-medium heat for 5 mins

Add the cutted spring onions in last 10 sec

Enjoy your meal ^^

It's Tannhuaser-tuesday #2

In this part, i will provide some useless minor fact for the Trainers and Trainee. And, the first part i already done it about nuclear energy.

Did you know?

There is two islands called Diomede islands. Where where have 2 island, the small one is form USA and the big one is from Russia. The distance between 2 islands is about 3,8 km(2,4 miles in freedom unit) so in theory, we can walk in about 45mins from island to island in winter. But they have 21 hours different. And both island have cool nickname too:

The Russian is named Big Diomede and nicknamed Tomorrow Island

The USA is named Little Diomede and nick named Yesterday Island

Thanks for reading all of this. Hope you have a nice tuesday. MUN >v<!

It's Tannhauser-tuesday

Welp, as Matikanetannhauser husband i'll provide you guys some useless knowledge to impress your trainee every Tuesday

Fact #1:

Did you know?

Nuclear energy is kinda the cleanest type of energy.

Which can explaned by the process of using and producing nuclear energy have no significant environmental impact. In another hand, fossil fuels contribute to pollution at every stage of production and use. And the reason why nuclear energy have insignificant impact because it's have high energy conversion efficiency compare to other way to make electric and no CO² emission

Here’s the table for clarity:

| Fuel Type | Electricity generated from 1 ton |

|------------------|----------------------------------|-------|

| Natural Uranium | ~44 million kWh | Equivalent to 20,000 tons of coal or 8.5 million m³ of natural gas |

| Coal | ~2,000–2,500 kWh | High CO₂ emissions |

| Oil | ~4,000–4,500 kWh | Import-dependent, price fluctuations |

| Natural Gas | ~5,000–6,000 kWh | Higher efficiency than coal but still emits CO₂ |
