I need to get this off my chest.
I've working with LLS 2 months ago and its the worst job that i ever had.
First, i'm obviusly not contracted directly by the company, i'm hired by outsourcing from another company that we call RATMARK.
Then, to discuss what is this the worst job, let me explain to you all illegalities that they both commiting. One is the salaray, they promised us a higher salary but they are declaring to social security and IRS the minimum, that's illegal. They don't give us any freaking tools, we are using our own PC, keyboards, even the most important a headset or earphones, even had the nerve to tell us to "buy a headset that needs to be wired", all that its completely illegal here even if you're hired irregularly in a street food stall, they never ask you for getting the knives or the f cart itself. And even they are paying me less than the minimum, if you're not interpreting at the moment, they'll discount that.
I've already reported all that to my local authorities and I dont know if they'll do something about it, but I will try. Even I want to try to report this to NAFTA line for workers. They pay us pennys of every dollar, in my case is 80:1.
