Shannon Watts has been participating in trying to get James Talarico to condemn Hasan for speaking at a college in Texas, but accidentally reveals that she's deep in the DGG trenches by mentioning State Farm.

DGG is currently trying to cause an adpocalypse on Twitch, because "Subtember" on Twitch has sitewide sponsors for discounted subscriptions, which includes Hasan (and every other streamer on the platform).

Shannon talks about State Farm, revealing she's somehow aware of DGG's campaign against Twitch.

This is Destiny's deposition from 4/30/26 that was just released today from his court case. I've redacted names in this post. Please be careful if you do look at the documents as there are no redactions on the released copy. The entire thing is 450 pages long. Most of the deposition is the two legal counsels arguing about objections. At one point the plaintiff's legal counsel throws papers at Destiny's legal counsel. Lots of fighting over Destiny's lawyer "coaching" his client during the deposition rather than just objecting, at points answering questions for Destiny.

Lots of arguing about what files Destiny was required to provide. Figured I would cover the lighter side of the court stuff for now.

Emerson is a premier A-rated pollster. It does appear that AIPAC lit $60M+ on fire in this race only to lose by double digits. Gretchen Whitmer, who threw her hat in the race to endorse Haley Stevens after claiming she would stay out of the race, has had her favorability drop almost 20% in one month. El-Sayed is getting 71% of the vote of people under the age of 50.

Anyway, don't get complacent. Let's win by 20%.

Following up on this story since some people talked about it when Buttigieg first went public with the story, but the caller who made the false accusations has been identified. Seems like Indiana dropped the ball with vetting the allegations which led to the CPS call, but they were able to retroactively go back and identify the caller.

This is important to note because this never happened in Ethan's case. They are currently evaluating if charges can be brought against the woman who made the false report.

I think these logs were part of logs Mizkif has leaked in his never-ending battle with Asmon & Emiru but a lot of interesting things revealed.

1. Emiru states she watched the Content Nuke, which means her comments about Denims didn't come out of left field.

2. Asmongold and Emiru discussed how hopefully this would make Wake (a leftist streamer in Austin) stop defending Hasan

3. Emiru thinks its "very odd" Hasan isn't banned for promoting terrorist propaganda

4. Asmon states he watched the video because it will damage Hasan's reputation solely because he "farmed a lot of negative stuff about me"

5. Emiru says the Content Nuke wasn't very convincing

One of the biggest lies pushed by the sloptuber/lawtuber space currently is that Frogan doesn't have a lawyer, or has pocketed the money that was supposed to be used for her lawyer. In Rom's most recent filing, an errata filing because he initially picked a court date that wasn't available (lol), he is still in communication with Frogan's legal team.

Also a little side note is that its funny how they must communicate via mail when their legal offices are in connected buildings in LA.

It's been a while since Twitch announced changes to combat viewbotting. Back in August of 2025, Twitch attempted to address the rampant viewbotting on the platform. They were able to briefly take down bots for several days on two separate occasions before the viewbotting websites were able to find a workaround.

Twitch was always able to detect when metrics were botted, but due to the way the website works, they couldn't filter out viewbots in real time. Also, they could never prove that it was the streamer themselves doing the viewbotting and not a fan/third party.

Several weeks ago, Twitch announced they would be forcing view caps on streamers that had botted metrics. They also gave streamers the choice to view cap themselves if they felt like they were being maliciously viewbotted. The first few streamers they capped were streamers like Faze Banks, Mitch Jones, and Lacy who are all generally disliked publicly. However, the past few days they have been capping bigger streamers who are known viewbotters.

The most recent streamer who was viewcapped is Emiru. People here may be familiar with her due to her support of Ethan Klein's lawsuit against Kacey/Frogan/Denims and her lack of knowledge on ICE. Emiru is the largest female streamer on the platform so this is probably the most notable effort Twitch has taken to combat viewbotting. She has brand deals with Red Bull and AT&T.

For the past year, Emiru has been averaging between 15k-20k viewers and has now been capped down to 10k viewers. This seems to actually be a pretty generous cap, as third party data collection services have estimated her real viewership to be between 7k-8k viewers. It's also notable because the viewbotting service used to bot Emiru is the same as the one present in both LydiaViolet and Asmongold's stream.

LydiaViolet also had her viewership capped this week. Asmongold has yet to receive a viewership cap.
