Which allocation would you choose?

I am a 26 y/o wondering which allocation is best based on my age. I would use this allocation for all my accounts like my traditional 401k and Roth IRA and brokerage.

Any Graduates from the Industrial Engineering Masters that went to Consulting

Wondering if there are any graduates from the Advanced Analytics in Industrial & Enterprise Systems Engineering Concentration or any of the other Industrial Engineering Master programs (Financial Engineering, Systems Engineer, etc.) from UIUC.

I am currently an Electrical Engineer and want to get into consulting at really any consulting firm. Wondering if anyone else has found any success in getting a masters in Industrial Eng and landed a position with any boutique or large consulting firms.

Personally, I am thinking about joining the masters IE program instead of the ECE masters and I wanted to focus on the analytical IE track to leverage that to become an analytical consultant.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Best Allocation of ETFs that also include dividend ETFs

Background: Hello I am 26 y/o in the US with a decent salary. I invest about $750 a month in broad market ETFs in my Roth IRA. The $750 I invest is after investing in my employers 401k upto the match.

I want to start investing a little amount into dividend ETFs like $SCHD or $VIG. My question is what allocation % would/should someone my age put into dividend ETFs. I am adamant about starting the snowball effect of dividends ETFs. I am unsure what allocation % I should follow so would like to see what is best.
