Workout advice

I am 13 almost 14 pre t (starting next month🥳) i have been working out for 4 years on and off, but i have been lifting consistently for the last 9 months
I am looking for advice on how to get a more masc look, or how i should prepare before starting t
The current workouts i have been doing in order:

Back 10lb+15lb
Side shrug 15lb
Paddle row 10lb

Shoulders 10lb+15lb
Alt front raise x upright row 15lb
Rear delt opener 15lb
Push press 10lb
Double front raise-pronated 10lb
Arnold press 10lb
Shoulder press 10lb

Forearms and biceps 15lb
bicep curls
Wrist x hammer curls
Bicep curl negatives
Reverse curls
Double wide curls
Alt hammer x bicep curls
Alt inward curls
Alt hammer curls
Wrist x bicep curls

Hopefully i did the correct names for all of them😅
30 secs on then 30 sec rest.
I workout on days tue, thu, and sat.
I am 130lb and 5’1
Edit: i am also planning to get top surgery at 16
