I just got reddit because my friend told me there are good roleplays on HK/SS! I’m gonna assume this is Silksong because of the “Citadel” part. But, onto my main question; how do I join? From roleplays I’ve been in, they usually have a set process to join! So, what’s this one’s?

Edit: I just looked at the rules, what is going on with rule nine? It’s so funny!

Edit Two: If possible, could someone also educate me on the plot of this roleplay?
