Someone scored some brand new CRV tires

Picking up cars at my local dealerships and saw this. Honda tires are apparently a hot commodity.

Does anyone know exactly how these operations work?

I see these companies change every month in real time. All the same hot shot trucks have this same logo, go until the insurance expires and repeat over and over. I’m curious if anyone actually knows how it works. Is there just one guy who keeps opening LLCs and has team of dispatchers that get loads from legitimate companies? Is there really no way the fmcsa can see these same names over and over? Does the initial insurance policy actually list all the trucks in the beginning or are they all fake? It boggles my mind how it’s the same guys over and over and nothing really slows them down.

Why do they make these in ways that are impossible to fill without removing the tire?

I usually have an auto fill valve but the last one I had went bad and never replaced it. No I just wanted to come by on a Saturday morning with my kid and do my monthly pre trip and I can’t even fill by damn tire with it turning into a job.
