Don’t tell they are the best. The most common complaint is the hardware troubleshooting. I used to be an independent ISO and I hear this common from toast merchants. Contracts are crazy and I don’t think everyone gets the < 2-2.4% processing fee rate.

I’m curious if it is the offline feature. Anyone know if it authorizes the card or just stores in the device?

I’d like to know what happened in the last 10 years. I haven’t heard about much folks been put into PIP when I worked there. It to be the last decision ever by management at the very worst case.

Ok - been doing this about 13 years and the experience is nerve chilling each time. This is for India and for h1b renewal - using this crappy web app is completely chaos. The older portal had - a human verification captcha at each step, times out often, doesn’t support safari and only on Chrome. Most of us have moved to macOS for long time so you are out of luck.
The new portal hasn’t improved much - the launch page has timeout for 10 mins and not sure what this is based off - bot traffic? Sees to be hosted on top of cloud flare but there is still a stupid captcha check for each step. No steps how to update dependents info, no steps how to make payments either - if you are new, you are totally fucked up. The old app atleast had some info on making in-person payments at the bank.

I’m the founder of my own startup and couldn’t imagine an app like this remains functional and users are forcefully made to use this.

I don’t know which company desgins and operates this, but this is a compete shame to modern web apps.
