Water too fast?

you guys think that my water is too fast ? or maybe the angle is not ok ? my dirt is full of blacksand , and just flakes and dots , biggest one ever was 0.20g

Hi . I need a new PC , to avoid comments like “u need more money” , i make around 5x minimum wages each month , but every $ goes to my daugther therapy/medicine . i barely got to save around 600-1k $ . i dont want super performance , just a PC that can run BDO , BF6 , COD WZ , at good fps . can anyone give some gpu-cpu combos that are not so expensive ?

RN i have and old i7-7700k gtx1070 :(
