Booked a room over two weeks ago at the BNA Airport Hilton. Wanted to get out as early as possible. Have a 5:30am flight. The hotel is literally at the airport.

They call me today before and told me a computer glitch allowed me to book my room and they don’t have one for me but they can get me a room at a DoubleTree 5 miles away. And the DoubleTree has an airport shuttle that can get me to the airport. Except it doesn’t run until 5am so that’s no help.

What are the odds this was actually a computer glitch and the hotel is full. Is there anything I can do?
