Sexual Assault at Goldman Sachs

I experienced sexual assault from a co-worker at Goldman Sachs. I reported it through the appropriate channels, and while I was informed that an investigation was conducted, I was not provided with the outcome.

I’m sharing this because many professionals carry experiences like this quietly for years.

It changes the way you move through the world, the way you trust, the way you process safety, relationships, and even yourself.

A safe workplace is not created through policies alone, but through the willingness of people to pay attention, speak up, and protect the dignity of others around them.

I hope anyone reading this takes a moment to look around their own workplace and ask whether the people around them truly feel safe, heard, and respected.
