Injection site reaction
So I get my meds through Eden. They alternate compounding with b12 and niacinamide. I noticed the last time my meds were compounded with b12 it caused a mild injection site reaction. This did not happen with niacinamide. This last round they sent it with b12 again. The site reactions are worse. I am taking Allegra and using topical hydrocortisone cream. I reached out to them and they told me this was normal and to continue taking antihistamines. The itching is driving me insane. They are telling me it’s not the b12, and maybe it’s not but I did not have this reaction to the other formulation. I wanted my next rounds of medication to be compounded with niacinamide if possible, they have not responded to this request. Does this look normal to you guys? Is there another company I could get meds through that does not compound with b12 for a similar price or cheaper? I’m currently paying 249$ per month.
