I have made a past post about wage theft and it seems numerous people seem to be mentioning things on a small scale and not considering the long term consequences. Split pay in itself is faulty and 100 percent leads to wage theft of drivers, how is dominos still allowing it?. I will put in a basic example if a store is split 3 dollars for a driver on the road, that is 5 cents a minute in an hour difference. Let's say a driver accumulates at least 10 minutes of in store time split difference per day for a year that is 182 dollars stolen from a single driver. And thats just a bare minimum of 10 minutes accrued in store not on the road, i have seen a lot longer then that for drivers constantly from shady managers. Now lets also say this is happening to all drivers on a daily basis with that at least 10 minutes daily and lets say you have like 10 drivers that is 1820 stolen in a year. And this is a bare minimum 10 minutes im talking about accrued i have seen much worse. How is dominos allowing split pay?.

Been seeing the fellow managers of the store including the gm routing individuals before a delivery is half way through the oven, if there is a mistake on their part for an order they keep the drivers routed till the new item comes out the oven- so usually another 10 minutes of on the road routing while the drivers are still expected to work- handle oven, phones, etc. Aside from that normal times of routing are 5-10 minutes before a driver leaves the store, the store is split pay- lower pay when routed. I have tried informing the dm of the situation dm does not care was working a shift with the dm there and it was still occuring. How do i handle this situation properly it is franchisee owned not corporate, cant find the hr number for this franchisee.

So working at store rn where assistant manager has been coming into work high- both on schedule and off schedule - off schedule to get food- guy just is always being loud and obnoxious- guy threatened to beat up an old man driver with heart problems who had open heart surgery before- driver recently transferred who had enough of him- newly appointed female dm to the store has been messing around with the am causing problems being intimate- flirting with each other at work and playfully touching each other- dm was made aware of the am causing problems- fairly certain she is still messing around with him- crazy!
