Unusable roaming service in Canada– Need Port-Out Info & Escalation for Unused Plan Refund
I paid for a 12-month prepaid plan back on May 25, 2026. Due to an urgent family situation, I had to move to Canada shortly after.
Since arriving here, the roaming network service has been entirely unusable. My phone completely loses signal and sits on No Service for most of the day, making it an emergency hazard. I have already tested my SIM card across multiple compatible mobile devices to rule out a hardware issue, and the problem persists on all of them.
Because the service cannot be successfully rendered in my area, I need to port out to a local Canadian carrier immediately to have working cell service.
Can a representative help me get my Account Number and Porting PIN so I can transfer my number? I would also like to formally request an executive review for a prorated refund of the remaining months left on my 12-month plan since the network simply isn't providing a signal here.
