So i was offered the job (team member) did my background check i do have a dui for Marijuana. I guess the main point of this post is to see why I haven't heard back from them in over a week. Should I assume the dui disqualified me? I've reached out to the hiring manager many times just to get no answer. Is there any reason it can take this long or is it im just not getting the job?

Does anybody know of any Pittsburgh construction unions hiring for a labor or offering a apprenticeship? My experience is 2 years in carpentry at a trade school (through high-school). I've mainly worked in kitchens most my life but want to do something new. Im 29 years old and am capable of the physical parts. Im willing and expecting to start as a laborer and work my way up. If anyone knows any places hiring please let me know.
