Documenting your Jobs in APM

At my org, we have over 600 jobs for 13 service groups and documenting as well as validating the jobs are all using the same templates/global variables across the service groups can be daunting. So we employed ChatGPD.
First you need to export the jobs by going to Jobs->Job Builder, change Show 25 entries to All, then put a check in box next to Name header to select all jobs, then Download->Full. This will create a JSON file.
We then asked ChatGPD to take that file and build us a Static HTML reporting Portal.
In my next post I will outline prompts to use.

Looking for groups/forums for Akkadian Provisioning Manager

I support CUCM/Unity 15ru2 and APM. Their support is OK, but I am just looking for some community amongst users like myself. We have 7 CUCM clusters and 9 Unity Pairs, and 2 ADs (vldap). In APM we have 13 service groups, 50 jobs per service group. Would love to share knowledge with others.
