I am trying to make this pattern posted here sometime back. The comb part I'm not able to figure out. I have attached photo of how and what I have made but it seems completely wrong. Please help !!

Want to make a blanket. Which color combination looks better? And should I use same one for the entire blanket or keep all combinations. Please give me suggestions.
