so i have 2 hermit crabs right now. they had been dug under the sand for a week if not more and my daughter came over and wanted to see them. i dug this one up and when u put in back in his tank he switched shells 😁😁😁😁😁 i know i see posts about them switching back and forth. he's been in this one all night til this morning and i was just wondering if this is a good size for him or if it's too big? and can i throw out his old shell? cause if this is a good size then i need a new one waaaaaayyy bigger for my other crab.
