Found this weird mushroom thing growing on a tree stump near my work.

A little outdoor grow I had going. Got infected with something…supposedly from nearby plants but nothing else looks like this. Any ideas? I’m not trying to save it at this point just looking for what to avoid next season. She’s a goner 💔

I harvested my first indoor grow, (second grow total) and the buds were a lot looser and more larfy than I had hoped. I don’t know if it was something I did wrong or if the strain just doesn’t get super dense. But I expected the nugs to be solid and they just seem very leafy. Even the tops are not what I was looking for in a final product. I flowered for 57 days even though it recommended 60 days. Humboldt blueberry cupcake genetics. Grown in 4x4 using organic soil and amendments. Any advice??
